Shipping policy

Made to order

Every Sono Graphics piece is made to order; nothing is pre-printed or sitting in a warehouse waiting to be ordered. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Flat rate shipping

A flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 applies to standard U.S. orders.
Sono Graphics often offers free shipping on orders of a certain value. This value is subject to change.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. All told, expect around 5–8 business days from order to doorstep, production included.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can watch your gear make its way to you.

Address accuracy & undeliverable packages

Sono Graphics does not provide address validation services. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Sono Graphics is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to track the package and contact the carrier directly regarding shipping or delivery issues. Carriers will often direct customers to reach out to them directly when an issue arises during transit.

If a package is returned to sender (our print partner), it is not held for resolution.

Shipping to a PO box

PO boxes vary in size, and the largest available box measures 12" x 22.5" — so it's the customer's responsibility to make sure the ordered product will actually fit. Products exceeding these dimensions cannot be shipped to a PO box.

When shipping to a PO box, please format the address as follows:

  • First name: John (matching the name on the box)

  • Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)

  • Address line 1: PO Box 1776

  • City, State, ZIP: Dallas, TX 28034

Even with correct formatting, PO box deliveries carry more risk than home delivery and may see delays. If the formatting guidelines above weren't followed, we're unable to offer compensation for PO box delivery issues.

Apartment & home delivery

To help your package find you on the first try, please include:

  • Recipient's name (matching the name on the mailbox or buzzer)

  • Full street address and house number

  • Apartment or unit number, if applicable

  • Floor number, if relevant

  • City, State, and ZIP code
