Are you really a sonographer?

Yep — I'm Nissa, an RDMS, RVT diagnostic medical sonographer working in Northern California. I work four 10-hour night shifts a week in a level 2 trauma center, and I run Sono Graphics between patients and on my days off. Sonography and Sono Graphics are both my passion!

Sono Graphics isn't a generic medical apparel brand that picked medical imaging as a niche — it's built by someone who's actually done the scans, works the night shifts, and lives the jokes. Every design comes from the inside.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Each item is made to order and is typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days. Once produced, U.S. delivery usually takes another 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $4.95 — or free on orders over $75.

*Because orders often enter production within minutes of being placed, please double-check everything before you check out — size, color, quantity, and delivery address especially. Once an order is in production, it can't be stopped or changed, and once it ships, it's in the carrier's hands and outside of our control.

What's your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. Incorrect, damaged, or defective items may be eligible for a refund or replacement after review — just reach out. For voluntary returns (ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, etc.), you have 30 days from delivery to contact us. Some cases can be resolved without sending the item back. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us right away at mail@sono-graphics.com or on the Contact Us page — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update the address before it goes out. Once an order has shipped, it's the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier directly to attempt a redirect. We're not able to offer refunds for orders lost or delivered to an incorrect address, so please double-check your address at checkout.

What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?

Mistakes happen — email me at mail@sono-graphics.com right away with your order number and a photo of the issue, and I'll make it right. I handle every case personally.

How do I know what size to order?

Our crew neck T-shirts and sweatshirts run true-to-size with a relaxed, unisex fit — soft, breathable, 100% ring-spun cotton that's pre-shrunk for a consistent fit wash after wash. Still not sure? Check the size chart on the product page, or email me and I'm happy to help you figure it out.

How do I care for my Sono Graphics apparel?

Wash inside out to help protect the design. Tumble dry on low heat to avoid additional shrinking. That's really it — double-needle stitching and a quarter-turned collar mean it holds up through long shifts, wash after wash.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we're focused on our U.S. sonographers, but we haven't forgotten about the rest of you out there — you're on our mind! We'd love to bring Sono Graphics to more shipping locations (and grow our global scan-life crew) in the near future.
