Sono Graphics is a small business, run by me — a working sonographer, not a support team. It's my goal to personally respond to every single email that comes through, and I typically get back to you within 2 business days. If you're reaching out during one of my stretches of night shifts, thank you for your patience — I promise I haven't forgotten about you.
