Personalized for everyone
On personalized pieces, add each person's item to your cart separately with their name and credentials. We stitch or print exactly what's typed, so double-check the spelling before you check out.
Timing
Everything is made to order just for you. Embroidered pieces take longer to make, up to 10 days before they ship. For the holidays, order printed pieces by December 10 and embroidered pieces by December 3.
Shipping
Your whole order ships to one address. Pieces made by different print partners, like totes and shirts, may arrive in separate packages.
Our guarantee
Every order has our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If anything arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, we'll reprint it. Personalization prints exactly as typed, so spelling entered at checkout isn't covered.
